I am of the few companies who use a TRC Commander 32 station irrigation remote control capable of connecting to any commercial or residential sprinkler controller. With this system and its 1 mile reception, one person can quickly evaluate a huge sprinkler system, blow out dirt in lines, send power out for wire troubleshooting. And I have a wire locator to tell you exactly where your wires are for a new pool excavation or to locate valves and stations not working
I can get your sprinkler system up and running, and keep it up with regular visits if you like. I have my truck well stocked to keep production up, and drive-time low.
As-Builts can be drawn for any existing sprinkler system for quick referece, and quick programming and adjustments. These maps are really handy, and once you have one, you can't live without it. And I can help you with initial programming of your controller and explain its features.

This is an example of an As-Built Zone map, and will tell you exactly where a station waters. References such as driveways, walks, fountains and garden are in the drawing to give the homeowner an idea of where they are standing in relation to the drawing. This is what most people need for quick reference and the least expensive to draw.
This is the same yard, and is a typical As-Built Valve location map, and tells you exactly where a stations valve is located. You will see measurements on the map from permanent fixtures in the lawn to measure off of like driveways, walks, including trees that are phsically tagged and numbered, as this map indicates by the leaf symbol.
All valves are numbered according to what station they operate in the controller and have at least two meausurements per valve.
No more lost valves in the yard to ring up an irrigation repair. It can get really expensive locating a valve if wires are cut because you have nothing to trace, But with this it can always be found.
These two drawings are front and backs of one piece of paper, that was laminated for a waterproof document to withstand many years of service.
